Launch
Proven layouts, your content, live in seven days from content-in-hand, guaranteed — hosted and maintained under required Care, honestly labeled: no bespoke design, no analytics, no monthly human. The build stays ours; your content and domain stay yours, always. The honest starter, and a first rung.
Static
A custom website, yours outright — half to start, half at go-live. Your go-live date in writing on day one, inside two weeks. Clean static HTML — and because we build it, when you outgrow it, evolving to a full platform is a step, not a teardown. Selling something? Basic checkout is a +$2,250 add-on — $5,000 total with the build.
Platform Builds
When you need an operating system, not a site — member systems, ledgers, training, real operations. Full Platform Builds from $55K (typical $55K–$150K+), always scoped first, never off a hunch (next section). Not ready for the full platform? A scoped-down MVP Build is $25K, fixed.

Before any platform build, a scoped two-week engagement produces the real plan: exact cost, phases, named risks, and the data model that fits how you operate. Fully credited toward the build if you proceed — and yours to keep either way.

Security patches, platform updates, and ongoing evolution as your needs change. Because unmaintained software rots — yours won’t. Ownership means you can fire us any day and take everything with you; the retainer means neglect will never be the reason. This is what ends the $800-per-emergency-fix trap.
Beyond a project.
Some clients want us on as an ongoing strategic partner — embedded, hands-on, shaping the roadmap. We take a small number of those, starting from $2,500/mo; most land between $2,500 and $10,000, depending on what the engagement needs. It’s not a tier you pick off a page; it’s a relationship we scope together. If that’s where you’re headed, the same fit call starts it.
Don’t love the direction? Deposit back.
On Static, two revision passes are standard on the agreed five-page structure. Walk after round one and your full deposit comes back; after round two, half. Either way you own everything we make: no hostage situations, ever. (Launch includes two revision rounds and a refund if you’re still not happy — and its seven-day date is guaranteed: every day late is a month of Care on us. Need more changes than the rounds? That’s what Tend is for.)
Common questions
Why no fixed price for full platform builds?
Because an honest number needs the Architecture Sprint first. We won’t quote six figures off a hunch, and you shouldn’t pay it on one.
Is the Sprint fee wasted if I build with you?
No — the $5,000 is fully credited toward the build. If you don’t build with us, you keep the architecture document.
Do I own what you build?
Static and platforms — completely, from launch, source code and all. No lock-in; if you ever leave, we help you take it with you. Launch — your content and domain, not the template build.
What’s the cheapest honest way to start?
Often Launch, sometimes Static — we’ll tell you on the call, including when the cheaper rung is the right one.
Can you rebuild my current site?
Usually; we keep what works and fix what doesn’t.
