Wow...

You’ve been through the wringer with us, haven’t you?

This is the home stretch.

In this series, we’ve introduced you to two extraordinary characters, Larry and Jasper, and showcased their distinctive approaches to business.

We’ve used their stories to illustrate the daunting challenge that Wabbit aims to tackle.

For many, this process feels like a mountain too high to climb.

And the cold, hard truth for many businesses out there is…

They’ve incorrectly assumed that they already know their customers to the depth we suggest.

That incorrect assumption is a big problem.

The fact is, learning to undertake this deep-dive process of research and development, and harnessing the power of personas for your business, are essential skills.

It’s not just a nice-to-have; it’s a non-negotiable first step in laying a robust foundation for your future empire.

When I first got into the marketing business two decades ago, I was working from what they teach in marketing courses in universities the world over… which is fine… some of it works.

And I got really good at selling other people’s stuff, but…

I was still clueless about how to turn my interests, and my business, into useful long-term assets that served me, rather than enslaving me.

That changed when I found experienced mentors.

Consider this:

Marketing is the work of helping people get what they’ve wanted all along. Marketing is about establishing the conditions for a small group of people to eagerly spread the word and build connection. Modern marketing changes the culture by establishing what the new norms are, and does it in a way that makes things better for those it serves.”

Seth Godin

Does that resonate? It should.

I’ve added the bold emphasis because it addresses the question we left hanging in the balance earlier in this series…

The common misstep is viewing marketing as just a tool to sell our products or services; our tech, our widgets, our games, etc.

It’s not.

“The aim of marketing is to make selling superfluous… to know and understand the customer so well that the product or service fits him and sells itself.”

Peter Drucker

Sales are a natural byproduct of helping people finally get what they have always wanted all along.

When we focus on helping and serving, the selling process takes care of itself naturally, automatically, and with little effort.

That’s the “big secret” that our avatar Jasper has cracked.

It’s the driving force behind his disciplined approach.

Embracing this mindset matters. It was the game-changer in my personal transformation from Larry into Jasper.

Making that shift is like peering through a magical lens that unveils new layers of reality.

Once you’ve seen it, there’s no going back.

And it’s not just me.

At Wabbit, we’ve seen phenomenal results when our students decide to adopt Jasper’s mindset. Some are consistently hitting the $100,000 weekly mark!

You can find a few of their stories in our case studies section.

We don’t hide behind survivorship bias here.

We will never sugarcoat the truth.

These people put in the work, so they enjoy the spoils.

“Every man builds his world in his own image. He has the power to choose, but no power to escape the necessity of choice.”
Ayn Rand

The great news? Who we are today is not set in stone.

Each of us gets to choose.

Do you want to live, and operate, and think, and behave, as Larry does, or as Jasper does?

It’s just a simple decision — yours to make at any time.

In his book, The War of Art, Steven Pressfield says:

“You have a choice. Do it or don’t do it.”

Yoda said “Do or do not, there is no try.”

The Wabbits echo their sentiments: “Who do you choose to be?”

I know, it sounds too simple to be true.

Our minds scramble for an escape, a way out of this spotlight.

Here’s the mental squeeze point…

If you choose to honestly chase this dream of yours, you will have to find a way to cross the chasm between Larry and Jasper.

And there is. no. easy. way.

It doesn’t exist.

If you think there is, you’re wrong.

There is only the difficult path, a road that will test you in ways neither of us can fully foresee.

That’s the game.

It is the only game in town, and it is infinite.

We have to lean into that fact.

It is the only way to bridge the gap.

So…

What next?

If you’re a Larry today, and yearn to finally transform into Jasper, the Wabbits can guide you on the journey.

If you’ve already embrace your inner Jasper, but want to continue to level the !@#% up, we can help you with that, too.

(FYI: There’s plenty of free content in The Living Library. The link will take you back to the library index.)

Maybe you just need a hand with a project, or a gentle nudge to steer your boat in the right direction. We are master navigators.

If we can’t help, we’ll be the first to tell you.

Not only will we tell you, we will do everything we can to point you in the best direction.

We don’t claim to have all the answers.

We don’t cater to everyone.

We don’t build everything.

What we offer here isn’t for most, or even for many.

We are here for those rare few, the “misfits“ and “weirdos” who willingly embark on this quest and embrace the hard work.

For the outliers.

For the tribe.

Because we are stronger together.
