THE ENTRY
Bret had already built a site himself. What it needed was to look as good as his crew’s work.
THE FILE
Hamilton Solutions coats roofs, fixes leaks, and paints exteriors for homes, farms, and businesses around Appleton City, Missouri. Bret came to us with a site he’d pieced together himself. He knew exactly what his company was. The site just wasn’t showing it yet.
The obvious job was a nicer website. We asked what the site was for. Nobody hires a coatings crew because of a paragraph. They hire them because of a before-and-after — and Hamilton already had those, on their phones, from their own jobs. Bret’s own site even showed a few.

Work you can only judge by looking at it.
Roof coatings and exterior paint are bought on trust. A homeowner or a farmer can’t inspect a coating before it goes on. All they can do is look at what the crew did for somebody else — so the photographs carry the sale.
Bret’s first site had the right instinct — it already showed before-and-afters. What it needed was to put the work first, and to let a stranger compare it for themselves.
THE REAL JOB
Let a stranger see the work before they call.
Every image on the site is Hamilton’s own work. Thirteen jobs appear as before-and-after pairs you drag to compare — a ranch home repaint, a lake house soft wash, a gazebo brought back, a timber entry restained.
The comparison does what a paragraph can’t. It lets someone who has never met the crew see exactly what the crew does.
A before-and-after side by side is a claim. One you drag across yourself is evidence.

WHAT WE BUILT
Five pages, built by hand, with nothing in them that isn’t true.
The site is small on purpose. Every page has one job, and every piece of proof on it is real.
THE BUILD
- Their own photography throughout — thirteen jobs as drag-to-compare before-and-afters.
- Three reviews, quoted word for word from customers’ own messages. No stars, because nobody gave any.
- An estimate form that filters spam quietly — no puzzle making a customer prove they’re human — and lands on Hamilton’s own thank-you page.
- Photos cropped for every screen so a roofline never gets cut off on a phone.
- Hand-written HTML and CSS. No framework and no plugins — nothing to update, nothing to break.
Three reviews, not thirty. They’re the three Hamilton had in writing, and they appear exactly as sent.

Home, projects and reviews, as they read on a phone. Every photo is cropped for the small screen, so a roofline never gets cut off.

WHERE THINGS STAND
Live, and too soon to call.
A live site at hamilton-solutions.com, built from Hamilton’s own work, and a client who says it represents his company exactly the way he wanted.
No numbers yet. The site went live in September 2026, and a few weeks of traffic proves nothing. We’re not going to dress it up.
Estimate requests. Every one that comes through the site is logged. At ninety days we’ll count them and put the number here — whatever it is.
Name the measure before the data arrives, and nobody gets to pick a flattering one later — including us.
