TOME — THE CRM & MARKETING ENGINE
Keep every lead from the first form to the signed quote.
Contacts, a pipeline, intake forms and quotes, on the same foundation as everything else we build. The CRM & Marketing engine is the part of Tome made for the leads a site brings in. A form becomes a contact, the contact becomes an opportunity, and the quote you send moves it to won when the client accepts.

Most sites hand their leads to a CRM that has never seen the site.
A form posts to a plugin, the plugin emails someone, and someone pastes the lead into a CRM that charges by the seat. The quote gets written in a third tool. By the time the client says yes, the record of how they found you lives in four places, and none of them knows the others exist.
A pipeline has rules of its own. Which stages a deal moves through. Who owns a lead, and who's allowed to see it. What happens when someone unsubscribes or an email bounces. The CRM & Marketing engine keeps those rules in your own Payload admin, against the same records your forms and pages already use.
What's in it
Everything between the first form and the paid invoice.
Contacts, accounts, opportunities and an activity timeline,
each in the Payload admin, with a pipeline whose stages you define. Reps see the leads they own, and admins see all of them.
A form builder with multi-step forms,
rules that show or skip a question, and drafts a visitor can come back to, placed on any page as a block.
Intake that checks each submission for bots,
routes it to the right person by rule, territory or product, and matches it to an existing contact or creates a new one.
Quotes, proposals and statements of work
with numbering, line items, discounts and tax. Each one moves from sent to accepted to paid, and the opportunity follows it to won.
Unsubscribes and bounces recorded once and honoured everywhere,
so a contact who opted out stays out of every list.
Segments and campaigns that sync to Encharge or Kit,
with opens, clicks and replies counted back on the campaign.

What it runs
Capture pending — wabbit.com admin, the pipeline list view
Our own pipeline, today.
wabbit.com runs its contacts, pipeline, campaigns and proposals on this engine. Every proposal we send is a quote record moving through these same stages, and every lead from this site lands in the same contact list.
You can try the form builder on our demo store without an account: multi-step forms, conditional questions and the intake routing behind them.
- It doesn't send marketing email itself. Sequences and broadcasts run in Encharge or Kit, and the engine keeps the lists and the results in step.
- There's no drag-and-drop pipeline board. Opportunities are edited in the admin's list and record views.
- The page where a client reads and accepts a quote is yours to build. The engine tracks its status and puts the link in the email.
- "Paid" is a status your team sets. Collecting the payment takes the Commerce engine.
A contact form that emails you doesn't need an engine.
The engine starts earning its keep once leads have owners, stages and quotes, and you need to know which form a paying client came from.
Getting it
$400 a year, or included with Agency.
Add it to any plan, including the free one.
It installs the CRM, the campaigns, the form builder, intake and quotes. Agency already includes every engine.
The quickstart walks through the wiring, and if you're weighing a hosted CRM instead, the comparison lays the two side by side.
