STATIC SITES FOR ESTABLISHED SERVICE BUSINESSES

Your expertise is real.Your website isn’t, yet.

The referrals come. The reviews vouch for you. The work has never been the problem. But every lead word-of-mouth sends still checks the site before they call — and right now that’s the weakest thing about you. So let’s fix it: a custom site, owned outright, live inside two weeks — your go-live date in writing on day one. Not a $12K agency project. Not another weekend lost fighting Wix. A site that does its job while you do yours.

thirty seconds to ask; we reply the same day to schedule.

Not a portfolio. Not a digital brochure.

A website has exactly one job.

To bring you the right customers — and screen out the ones who’d waste your time. Everything else, the design and the load speed and how it feels on a phone, earns its place by serving that or it’s decoration. Build it right and it does the heavy lifting before you ever pick up the phone: a stranger lands, understands what you do, decides you’re the real thing, and reaches out already half-sold.

And the site that isn’t doing that job is still charging you for it — in the only currency that doesn’t show up on an invoice: the referrals who checked, hesitated, and called someone else. You’ll never see that number. It’s collected weekly anyway.

That’s what we fix.

Which one do you need? · Thirty seconds of honesty

Match your situation.

The site needed to exist yesterday, and the budget says template.

That’s Launch. Proven layouts, your content, handled entirely by us — live in seven days, guaranteed. A real first rung — you can climb later, and nothing you invest is wasted.

Rung 01 · Launch

Word-of-mouth already works, and every referral checks the site before they call.

That’s Static, and it’s where most builds start: custom, owned outright, your go-live date in writing on day one.

Rung 02 · Static · the stated default

If neither of these is big enough — the business runs on logins, members, or courses — keep reading: the ladder goes higher. Between the two: when in doubt, Static. It’s the owned build the ladder is built around. And if you genuinely can’t tell, that’s the fit call’s entire job — fifteen minutes, no pitch, and we’ll tell you which rung you need. Including “none yet.”

One ladder · The first two rungs

Start where you are. Evolve it when you’re ready.

Most shops sell you a dead end: a site you rent forever, outgrow, and throw away to start over somewhere else. Ours is built to evolve with you. Nothing you invest is wasted.

Rung 01 — Presence, handled

Launch

$1,200 up-front + $100/mo Care

For the business that needs to be online now.
  • Proven layouts, your content dropped in
  • Five pages: home, services, proof, about, contact
  • Live in seven days from content-in-hand — guaranteed: every day late is a month of Care on us
  • Hosted, secured, and run by us — from a flat $100/mo
  • Your content and your domain stay yours, always
  • Two revision rounds included — and if you’re still not happy, we refund the build

A template, on purpose — that’s what makes it this fast at this price. When you want the site shaped to your business, Static is the climb.

Rung 02 — The asset, owned

Static

$2,750, half to start, half at go-live · + Care from $100/mo

For the established business whose referrals check the site first.
  • A custom build: clean, fast, static HTML — five pages: home, services, proof, about, contact
  • Owned outright the day it launches
  • Your go-live date in writing on day one — inside two weeks, usually sooner
  • Two revision passes, standard. Walk after round one and your full deposit comes back; after round two, half.
  • Built to climb — outgrowing it is a step, not a teardown
  • Selling something? Basic checkout is a +$2,250 add-on — $5,000 total with the build

The custom build, owned. And because we’re the ones who built it, growing into a full platform later is a step up the same ladder, never a teardown.

The ladder — every site we build is rung one of a ladder that ends in a bespoke platform you own. Theirs is a room you will eventually have to pay to leave.

the Sprint

If neither rung is big enough, you’ve outgrown websites entirely.

The business runs on logins, members, or courses — then the product isn’t a website, it’s an operating system. That’s Platform Builds: software shaped around how your operation actually works — built on Tome, scoped and dated by the Architecture Sprint. Real platforms take months; the Sprint tells you how many.

  • Member systems, e-commerce, portals
  • Shaped around how you actually operate, not assembled from a template
  • Your Static build credits toward it
  • Retainer required alongside the build — ~15% of build value a year, and someone keeps it running from day one

The ladder doesn’t end at a website. It ends at a platform you own outright.

See Platform Builds →
You own it. We run it.

We keep it running so you never have to think about it.

The build is yours the day it ships. But a live site still needs a home, a lock on the door, and someone watching it — so Care is required on every site we ship. Every rung carries Care: Launch starts at a flat $100/mo; Static and Platform pick their level — and any rung can move up whenever you need more of us. Twelve-month minimum, then it simply continues.

Care$100/mo

Hosting, SSL, nightly backups, security and uptime monitoring. The quiet layer that keeps the site fast and safe. Care keeps it running; changes to the site come with Tend and up.

Tend$250/mo

Care, plus genuinely unlimited change requests on the pages you already have. No “one pass a month,” no $100-a-page. You also get a plain-English readout of what the site is doing, and a human who tells you the single thing worth changing next. (New pages and net-new sections are their own project — that’s Grow. It’s the only other charge there is.)

Growfrom $750/mo

Tend, plus one new landing page, offer, or conversion test every month. This is where the site stops being a brochure and starts compounding.

We map the business before we build the site.

A website is a tool. We build it to fit the work.

Every build starts the same way — we learn how your business actually makes money, then shape the site around that. Strategy first; the site is the tool we build to fit the job.

The Brainforest · Where the work begins

The work speaks first.

Every number here opens its own case file. The first two are sites like yours; the last two are where the ladder goes. Don’t take our word for it — read the proof.

Real names, real businesses — every quote opens onto a case file.

In our first day, with a small audience, we still made several hundred dollars in profit within the first hour of launching. Now, less than one year of consistent growth later, we just finished our best month ever with $7,500 profit!

Their lump sum costs more, and at the end of it you still don’t truly own the thing. That’s the whole comparison.

Why we build it this way

Two hundred dollars and something to prove.

The challenge came in 2017: take $200 — no loans, no investors, no safety net — and prove the system works by building a real business with it. We won that bet by December 2018. The system it proved is the one Wabbit runs to this day. Eight years on, the work we’ve shipped has driven more than $50M in revenue for the businesses behind it — because we learned what actually moves a business with our own money on the line, not by selling marketing to people who buy marketing.

Strategy before aesthetics. Outcomes before features. Every project, still.

Your go-live date, in writing.

Day one sets the date; the whole map is on the table — nothing hidden behind the price.

The week, day by day · How a Static build runs

Three phases. Two revision passes.

Phase 01 · Day one · Talk

You send your content; together we agree what the site has to do. One conversation: the brief, the five-page structure, the proof to lead with — and your go-live date, in writing. The clock runs on our side from here; if content arrives late, the date moves with it, day for day.

Phase 02 · Build

We design, you review, we revise. Two passes on the direction we agreed.

Phase 03 · Launch

It goes live, on the date we wrote down. We handle hosting and security from there.

Don’t love the direction after round one? Take your full deposit and go — no script, no hard feelings. Walk after round two instead, and half comes back. Need to be live sooner than the date allows? That’s exactly why Launch exists — seven days, guaranteed.

Ladder credit · Static → Tome

The day the business needs an operating system — members, a storefront, portals — your Static build leads straight into it, and every dollar you spent credits forward. Because we built the first rung, climbing to the next isn’t starting over. It’s the plan working.

Is Static right for you at all?

The chooser sorts you between rungs. This sorts whether you should be on the ladder yet.

Build this if
  • You run an established service business and referrals already work
  • You want a site that generates and filters leads, not a brochure to admire
  • You’d rather hand off the technical side and get back to the actual work
  • Straight pricing and a real deadline matter to you
Skip this if
  • You need member logins, portals, or booking systems on day one — that’s Platform (basic checkout is a Static add-on)
  • You want to log in and rebuild your own pages every weekend
  • You’re shopping for the single lowest number and nothing else
  • You need it live tomorrow, not next week
  • You’re standing up your first store and still proving it sells — Shopify or Wix will get you going for less, and we’ll say so

A clear no today beats a wrong yes you’ll regret in a month.

Common questions.

  1. Q.01
    Timeline

    How fast, really?

Launch: seven days, guaranteed — every day late is a month of Care on us. Static: your go-live date goes in writing on day one — inside two weeks, usually sooner. Both clocks start when we have your content; a delay on your side, even a day, moves the date a day. We’ll say it up front on day one, not on day six. The two guarantees differ on purpose: Launch guarantees the date, Static guarantees the work — which is what the walk-away rounds are for.

  2. Q.02
    Tiers

    Launch or Static?

Match your situation in the chooser above: Launch is the fast, handled rung — proven layouts, live in seven guaranteed days; Static is the owned custom build with your date in writing, and it’s where most builds start. If you’re torn, that’s literally what the fit call is for — including telling you “neither, yet.”

  3. Q.03
    Ladder

Is starting small money wasted if I climb later?

The ladder means you never start over. Your content, your domain, and everything we’ve learned about your business move up with you — and when a Static build grows into a platform, the Static price credits toward it. Nothing you invest on the way up is wasted.

  4. Q.04
    Changes

What if I need changes after launch?

Every build carries a Care level, and any of them can move up. Care keeps the site fast and safe; Tend adds genuinely unlimited change requests on the pages you have; Grow adds a new page, offer, or test every month. No $100-a-page. Ever.

  5. Q.05
    Ownership

    Do I own it?

Static and up: outright, from launch — the build, the content, the domain. Launch is the honest exception and says so on its card: the build stays ours, your content and your domain stay yours, always. If you ever leave, everything that’s yours goes with you.

  6. Q.06
    Selling

What if I need to take payments?

Basic checkout is a +$2,250 add-on to a Static build — $5,000 total for site plus store. Stripe on your own site, and you run the store yourself — add products, change prices, no per-product fees, no catalog cap. Still proving the thing sells? Start on Shopify or Wix instead — we’ll tell you so. Just price them honestly: their number assumes you do the work, hiring help costs about what we do, and the store is still rented. Ours is yours. Invoicing, contracts, support tickets, a real customer portal — that’s an operating system, and that’s Platform.

  7. Q.07
    Rebuild

Can you rebuild my current site?

Usually, yes — a lot of Static builds are rebuilds of a site that stopped earning its keep. Put your current site in the form and tell us what’s broken about it. That’s exactly what the fourth field is for.

  8. Q.08

    What makes Wabbit different?

We started with $200 and had to figure out what actually moves the needle for a business online. We learned that the hard way, with our own money, on our own venture. That’s different from agencies that learned marketing by selling marketing services. We don’t sell features. We solve problems. And we’ve been doing this long enough to know the difference.

In their words
Wabbit not only built us an incredible site, they helped us reframe the ways we approach the growth of our projects from now on. No more shots in the dark.
