Both clocks start when we have your content; a delay on your side, even a day, moves the date a day. We’ll say it up front on day one, not on day six. The two guarantees differ on purpose: Launch guarantees the date, Static guarantees the work — which is what the walk-away rounds are for.

Start on Shopify or Wix instead — we’ll tell you so. Just price them honestly: their number assumes you do the work, hiring help costs about what we do, and the store is still rented. Ours is yours.
